Bello visit Families of Slain Aide, driver, places N100 million bounty

Governor Yahaya Bello paid a condolence visit to the families of late Alhaji Yusuf Onivehu Adabenege and his driver who were both assassinated along Obehira  road in Okene recently.

The Governor who met with families of the deceased vowed to bring their killers to justice.

He announced a bounty of N100 million as a reward to anyone who had useful information which could lead to the arrest of the perpetrators.

He urged that persons with genuine information could either reach him personally through text messages on his telephone line, any of the Security Agencies or Government Appointees, while he assured that such person’s identity would be protected.

The Governor promised to take all measures to ensure that the mystery behind the gruesome murder of the late aide and his driver was solved and justice was duly served.

Governor Bello prayed that Almighty Allah grant eternal repose to the souls of the deceased and for divine consolation to the families they left behind.
